Return Policy

• ioniceaugers.com has a 30 day return policy. No refund will be given for items that were purchased more than 30 days prior to the request.
• All products being returned must be in new, unused condition. Apparel must be unwashed, with tags still attached. We reserve the right to charge a restocking fee of up to 15%, or refuse returns which are not in new condition and suitable for resale.
• No refund will be given for items not purchased through ioniceaugers.com. We do not accept or process returns/exchanges from purchases made at other retailers. For these items, please refer to the return policy at the original place of purchase.
• We do not accept or process returns for items purchased at trade shows, or for closeout/clearance merchandise.
• It is the customer’s responsibility to pay shipping costs for any items being returned.
• For a return to be processed, a return authorization number must be provided by Customer Service.
